Chit-chat with a miner in Kerman, central Iran

Hardworking miners in Iran
Reporter: The province of Kerman in central Iran has many mines, as if the treasures of the ancient gods are hidden in the heart of this province. Treasures that belong to all the people. For all those who go deep down and extract these riches to help the wheels of Iran’s begin rolling. The economy gets up and going, but none of these hardworking people receive any share of these riches. The result of their hard work is always plundered by the ruling mullahs. Their share is just the black faces miners are famous for. I knew Kerman had the first word in Iran’s mining industry because I was aware of the official numbers that 15,732 of the 84,922 miners in Iran are from Kerman Province. This is around 19%.

Iran: Shocking suicide of 15-year-old girl in Tabriz

On Saturday, April 9th a young 15-year-old girl from the city of Tabriz, northwest Iran, threw herself off the 10th level of a building. She died on the spot.
The motive behind this young girl’s suicide remains unknown. Images of this young woman before and after her suicide raised waves of anger against the mullahs on the Internet.

Unfortunately, suicides are becoming a daily issue in Iran under the mullahs’ rule. Social and economic pressures, unemployment, skyrocketing prices, corruption, drug addiction and social distress, pressures imposed by the repressive police and their meddling in all aspects of people’s daily lives has led to increasing suicide numbers across the country.

An example of Mullahs MP in his expression

An example of Mullahs MP:
“Parliament is no place for women; it’s a disgrace when they bring their head up”

Nader Qazipoor, a member of Iran’s  parliament

A video put on the local social media by civil activists shows Nader Qazipoor, a member of Iran’s so called parliament, offending women in a speech he made after he was “re-elected”.
Nader Qazipoor An example of Mullahs Member of Parliament
Qazipoor says. ”we did not get this country easy to let any mule or kid get into the parliament. Parliament is not a place for kids, or mules, it’s not a place for women. It’s a place for men. You send women to parliament it is disgraceful when they bring their head up”. Continuing his speech he named women as fox and attribute dsome other hideous words to them.

Qazipoor is supposed to represent the city of Oroomieh, North West of Iran. People of Oroomieh, who are of Azeri ethnic minority, have set up several anti-government protests and demonstrations in recent months for their deprived rights. People of Oroomieh are also protesting for the water mullahs have stolen from Lake Oroomieh to irrigate their own private farms. Many of the youths who were arrested in those demonstrations are now in jails.  Lake Oroomieh has now dried and become an environmental health hazard.
