Trains in Iran become gender segregated

As the mullahs in Iran continue to implement gender segregation across the country, the first train wagon allocated only for women began providing service recently.

The ‘hamshahrionline.ir’ website, a known state source wrote in this regard, “According to a train company’s schedule, and in cooperation with the Islamic republic’s train service, for the first time a special hall has been allocated for women between Tehran and Mashhad on Nour Railways.”
