Iranian Baloochi college student was
maliciously killed by government forces
Amin Shahnavazi, a Computer Science
student, of the Baloochi ethnic minority, was shot dead on March 1 when members
of the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) and paramilitary Bassij suddenly opened fire
on his car without giving any prior notice. Security forces left his dead body
behind and fled the area.
Amin was on his way to visit his
family
Like other ethnic minorities, Iran’s
Bloochis are under government’s constant suppression.
