Mullahs’ regime retaliates people’s not attending the Feb 11th march

Tehran – People protest weak emergency relief services on the road to Firoozkooh
Heavy snowfall on Feb. 12th caused a lot of trouble for passengers travelling on roads connecting Tehran to Firoozkooh, and to Chaloos and also the road between Karaj and Ghazvin, north of the capital.  The main cause of trouble was, however, not the snow but the lack of emergency relief services by the Police and the mayor.

Eye witnesses complained that cars, even equipped with chain, stuck in the snow just because the authorities failed to clean the roads. People had to get out of their cars in the freezing temperature to push their cars to a better area, or to leave them on the road. People started protesting when relief equipment arrived with hours of delay.
Angry drivers discorded with the authorities saying the delay was an arbitrary move to hit back at the people who took the opportunity of holidays to have fun travelling north, instead of participating in state organized March.
